Toddler Yoga


New mothers often struggle with changes in their bodies and lives after childbirth. Using special yoga techniques, mothers are able to harmonize body, mind and soul, increasing their capabilities to handle the care of the new bundle of joy.
 
This program allows mothers and babies to find their own unique way of being active together, from birth to the third year. 

No yoga experience is required.

Toddlers are able to be playful with their mothers. Toddler yoga involves enjoyable body movements which not only creates a sense of health and well being but also creates a foundation for better self-confidence from a young age.

Toddler yoga consists of a set of gentle body strokes, adapted yoga postures, and movement to further enhance development. The playful interaction between mother and child enriches communication. 

Baby yoga is a gentle, progressive practice leading to a healthier lifestyle.

Toddler yoga brings ease, comfort, creativity and fun to everyday parent-baby interactions. Massage techniques are taught as well, helping mothers nurture their babies simultaneously resulting in self healing as well.
