What is Partner Yoga?

Basically, partner yoga is two people exercising simultaneously through yoga poses. It brings about trust and builds a 'touch relationship' between two people. Partner yoga is not only for couples, but it is for any relationship really. It could be between child and parent, friends or even for complete strangers. Partner yoga helps build intimacy and communication between two people. It helps re-establish the bonds in a relationship. Many positions require a sense of faith in the partner to support them in a pose.
