Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy focuses on reducing body aches and pains. It is recommended by experts as a method of relieving pain found in the spinal region, neck, shoulder and hips.

Yoga therapy is a slow and calm method of yoga that targets the joints, ligaments, fascia tissue and muscles in the body.

It is a natural way to rejuvenate the joints and muscles.
