The Raw Food Diet

The raw food diet, (also known as living food diet) consist of uncooked, unprocessed, and often organic foods. If cooked, the plant foods must never be above 40 °C (104 °F) ; whilst meat must not be heated above 46 °C (115 °F).

Experts believe that cooked foods that we commonly eat have lost much of their nutritional value and may even be harmful to the body. Raw or living foods have natural enzymes, which are critical in building proteins and rebuilding the body. Heating these foods kills the natural enzymes and may even leave toxins in the body, causing chronic diseases.

The organic food, which is 80% to 300% more nutritionally dense , loaded with available electrons/energy will help the raw foodists feel more vibrant and less hungry.

When you begin eating raw, your body finally has plenty of fuel and no longer need to ration it. Therefore, when your body has adapted in absorbing this additional nutrition and energy, your organs will automatically start to ‘repair’ themselves.  You will notice a leap of improvement in your eyes and skin, as these two organs reflects the health of the overall body.

It’s no surprise that Celebrities like Demi Moore, Uma Thurman, Elizabeth Hurley, Donna Karan, Natalie Portman, Susan Sarandon, Alicia Silverstone, have publicly given credit to this raw food diet as the reason of their vitality and radiant beauty.

One of the most important benefits of a raw food diet is that it is "alkaline forming." Raw foods and vegetables have the most powerful anti-cancer effects of all foods. Most of the phytonutrients function as antioxidants in the body, meaning they neutralize free radicals, rendering them harmless and reducing cancer risk.
